SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE SCHEDULE
8:30 AM ~ First Service in the Chapel
9:30 AM ~ Praise & Celebration Service in the Sanctuary
11:00 AM ~ Second Service in the Sanctuary
Each service includes scripture reading, prayer, meditation, and
communion. Our church practices open communion; all Christians of
any denomination are welcome to participate.
SERMONS by our pastors are concise, insightful, uplifting and Bible based. Lay people share their talents in many facets of worship.
MUSIC for the First Service is played on the piano in the chapel.
Occasional soloists and small groups provide special music. Music for the Praise and Celebration Service is led by Don Edwards and the Praise Team. The 11:00 AM service features music by Christopher Wicks at the pipe organ, the voices
of the Chancel Choir under the direction of Judy Dyer, and the Bell Choir directed by Christine Sinibaldi. Children’s choirs are directed by Colette Tennant and Kim Resch.
SPECIAL SERVICES include Youth Sunday, Maundy Thursday,
Easter, Family Sunday, World Communion Sunday, Hanging of the Greens and two Christmas Eve services; the Family Christmas Eve service at 6:00pm and the Candlelight Communion Service at 11:00 pm.
CHURCH FACILITIES include a nursery for infants and pre-
schoolers and a baby cry room in the balcony of the sanctuary. Hearing aids are available for the Sanctuary service. There is an elevator for
easy access to all floors and a ramp from the Chalice entry parking lot
to aid the disabled. Disabled and elderly parking spaces are provided at
this entrance.
NURSERY CARE is provided for all children from infants through
Kindergarten age at all services.
CHILDREN’S CHURCH During the 11:00 am worship service,
children 4 years through 5th grade are dismissed after communion
to attend the Children’s Church downstairs in the Primary Wing.
FLOWERS If you would like to help beautify the sanctuary on Sunday mornings, you may sign up on the flower calendar on the bulletin board by the Marion Street entrance.
